Information Technology Coordinator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to play an integral role as a member of our Information Technology Team.
This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement within the Company.

The Position
The role of the Technical Resource Coordinator is to manage all the license, warranties, resources, documentation and purchase orders in addition to providing support to all end-users across the organization. Responsibilities include resource and asset management, infrastructure and systems warranty management, documentation/technical writing, license/budget management, and the single point of contact for the order desk and purchases. Other responsibilities include installing, configuring, implementing and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, printers and peripherals as well as receiving, tracking, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving end-user technical services requests. As first point of contact for the Saskatoon office location, the Technical Resource Coordinator will be required to demonstrate a high level of customer service standards when dealing with both our internal and external customers.

Experience and Qualifications:
• A+ certification and/or Net+ certification and/or MCITP / MCTS.
• Troubleshoot problems and issues within the computer environment
• Excellent technical skills and problem solving abilities
• Effectively evaluate, implement, manage and maintain computer and peripheral infrastructure
• Technical knowledge and experience supporting enterprise software applications
• Support all communication methods used to correspond with our Members and Suppliers
• Create and maintain documentation related to job responsibilities, projects and procedures
• Record, track and document the problem-solving process including all actions taken through to the resolution
• Working knowledge of an Exchange / Outlook environment
• Perform environment management including firmware update, service packs, critical updates and hot fixes
• Good knowledge of current information technology industry standards, as well as a strong vision of future trends
• Good understanding of Active Directory, printers, and wireless access, within WAN, LAN, VPN production environments

• Demonstrate creative and analytical problem-solving ability ensuring attention to detail
• Will be required to meet and achieve various project objectives within determined timelines
• Can monitor service delivery against commitments, prioritizing work activities
• Demonstrate flexibility to work extended hours, as required
• Some networking skills would be considered an asset
