Information Technology Director Financial Applications Job in Marrero, Louisiana Us
The IT Director of Financial Applications will oversee financial, ancillary, clinical and interface application services, system integration, DBA and internet administration. The Director must collaborate across departmental boundaries to ensure IT goals and WJMC priorities are met on time and within budget.
Required:
1. System Engineering and/or Architecture experience of healthcare financial systems, negotiating, organizational development, change management, strategic planning, action planning and management.
2. Ability to demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment, exhibit strong profit orientation, and achieve results through others; ability to conceptualize and analyze complex issues.
3. Ability to manage time well; ability to direct a variety of projects in adition to an understanding of the ways in which IT is applied.
4. Ability to maintain assigned programs and systems; ability to troubleshoot assigned programs; ability to meet project deadlines; ability to train and supervise subordinates.
5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with subordinates, peers and supervisors.
6. Ability to excerise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions.
7. Lawson or McKesson STAR and Financials necessary.
