Information Technology Manager Job in Green Bay 54301, Wisconsin US
The John Michael Kohler Arts Center, located in Sheboygan, on the shores of Lake Michigan, is seeking a skilled Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will play a critical role in developing and overseeing the IT capital and operating budgets, purchasing hardware and software, overseeing its rollout, and troubleshooting day-to-day IT hardware and software issues. Further responsibilities include the setup and maintenance of user accounts, administering passwords and other security procedures; acting as the liaison to the contracted network administrator; and most importantly to oversee the implementation, administration, and updating of Tessitura, a new organization-wide CRM system. (Tessitura is an enterprise application used by performing arts and cultural organizations to manage ticketing, fundraising, customer relationship management, and marketing activities). In addition, the IT Manager will oversee the continued refinement of the Arts Center’s SharePoint site, including acting as the project manager for the upgrade and customization of SharePoint with the assistance of an outside vendor.
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience; proven IT and database project management experience; understanding of relational database concepts, and the ability to deliver quality customer service. Must also have the desire and ability to learn and administer software programs; be a self-starter, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and have a passion for helping end-users.
Previous SharePoint experience is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with Tessitura or similar CRM databases.
