Data-Wave is the distribution channel partner for the NCR/Radiant solution in the Chicago land area. We have 15 successful years of selling and servicing technology solutions to the hospitality industry. The recent acquisition by NCR allows for continued growth in our Service Department. The individual we seek is bright and creative; is a problem solver; likes to “dig” for the answers; can think on his/her feet and can learn from and contribute to a team. Must work well in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
The technician will rotate within the service department between the help desk team and the field service team; will be supporting our customers on the ALOHA POS application, Windows platforms, networking software and hardware support; will work closely with customers to configure, deploy and administer security and network changes according to specifications, while targeting to resolve support tickets.
