Minimum Qualifications:
An Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university together with a minimum of one years’ experience, preferably in higher education. Incumbents must have demonstrated competence in one or more of the following information technology areas: hardware/software problem diagnoses and repair, applications development/support, business/systems analysis, communications technologies, network technologies, information technology security, databases, system programming, end user support, in PC and/or Macintosh environments; interacting favorably with faculty, administrators, staff and students; effective problem solving and communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities:
The Information Technology Technician II is accountable for independently performing a broad range of skilled technical work to support the operation of the College’s information technology systems. The main responsibility of this position is to manage security software (Antivirus and Identity Finder) and security incident notifications. Secondary responsibilities include asset management, software distribution, as well as troubleshoot hardware and software operations.
MINIMUM SALARY: $49,211 annual approximate, plus excellent medical insurance, retirement and related fringe benefits.
