Infrastruct Finance Associate recruitment
Responsibilities
Moody's Utilities team has an immediate opening for a Associate Analyst.
Core responsibilities include leading meetings with issuers and investors, analyzing complex spreadsheet data, financial modeling, writing credit reports, presenting credit recommendations at rating committees, and authoring special research comments. Analytical tasks include quantitative assessment of financial statements, financial forecasts, and economic/market data, as well as analysis of official statements, bond indentures, liquidity agreements, swap agreements and other documents.
The individual is expected to build and maintain strong business relationships with an array of financial market participants, including issuers, financial advisors, underwriters, and investors. The individual is also expected to be a strong team player and work seamlessly with other teams.
Qualifications
The individual should have well-developed analytical skills, strong written and oral communication capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines. Strong abilities in Excel, Word and PowerPoint are necessary. Three to five years experience in the sector. Master's degree strongly preferred.
