Infrastructure Analyst (Data Center Build Up & Security) recruitment

Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements to technical and functional requirements using various techniques.
Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements.
Propose relevant solutions to meet the business requirements, in line with current standard.
Track requirements and manage their change throughout the project life cycle.
Evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details and distinguish users requests from the underlying business problems
Communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area.
Ensure information captured, managed, accessed and archived across the enterprise meets quality, availability, compliance and security requirements.
Work with technology teams to estimate costs and effort.
Capability areas for improvement and possible solutions aimed at process optimization
Document requirements utilizing natural language, diagrams and activity diagrams, use cases, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, etc.

Requirements:

3 years experience of working within the IT infrastructure field.
Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
Specialist knowledge and strong experience in Server, Storage, Application, Database, Network.
End user oriented, ability to set expectations and understand end users' behaviour.
Knowledge of how to lever technology to reduce operational costs and delivery business innovation.
Ability to understand strategy and align tactical and strategic work in a well-balanced way.
Strong analytical troubleshooting skill.
Ability to interact with diverse group of stakeholders and excellent relationship management.
Good communication skills (both spoken written).
