Infrastructure Analyst/Technical Services Analyst recruitment

Responsibilities:

Provide support of the global IT infrastructure and trading applications.
Deliver 1st line troubleshooting and support to the global user base.
Monitor services and ensure prompt resolution of all incidents.
Escalate issues to the relevant resolver groups.
Communicate service disruptions to the relevant business groups.
Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to avert any impact.
Handle and maintain the documentation on both operational and troubleshooting of systems, services and applications.
Proactively work to optimize and improve support processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Solid experience in handling troubleshooting and configuration to ensure operational health of the infrastructure.
Solid experience in using:
- Enterprise Backup systems
- Enterprise Monitoring Systems
- Enterprise Anti-Virus Systems
- Windows Server
- LAN/WAN technology
- Windows OS
- Good knowledge of Linux OR Unix platform is highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge of any other technologies Eg. Databases, Storage is highly advantageous.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Possess strong sense of urgency and strong abilities to prioritize.
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities and ownership.
- Possess resilience and drive.
- Min. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

Candidates who possess extensive experience will be considered for the Senior/ Team Lead position.
