As one of the largest water distributor-retailers in Australia, this organisation will invest $341.43 million in capital infrastructure programs across the region between 2011 and 2012.

To help manage, review and administer these infrastructure agreements they need someone to fill the pivotal role of Infrastructure Contracts Manager.  Reporting to the Planning Manager the primary purpose of this role is to manage the development of infrastructure agreements on behalf of the organisation. 

As an inspirational leader with experience in land use planning, development assessment, infrastructure planning and delivery you will strengthen relationships with participating councils that include shared obligations and liabilities.

A degree qualification in town planning and engineering is essential to your success as well as substantial knowledge in corporate financial processes, project funding and delivery, financial modelling and asset valuation.  Detailed understanding of the legislative requirements applying to infrastructure agreements is advantageous to your application.
