Infrastructure Director, Associate Director, Manager, Analyst
Capella Capital is a leading name in the infrastructure space in Australia and New Zealand, with its highly regarded team having delivered many high profile projects over an extended period of time. It is a financial sponsor, developer and manager of infrastructure projects, across a broad range of sectors, and is a long term equity investor by nature.
As a result of a growth in business over the last 12 months and a busy pipeline, Capella Capital is seeking to hire a number of high calibre individuals to its Melbourne and Sydney offices. You will be joining a high profile team that promotes entrepreneurial thinking and genuine collaboration in a long term sustainable working environment.
It is envisaged Director and Associate Director candidates would possess the following attributes:
- Melbourne based or willing to relocate there.
- A proven technical and transactional background in project finance, equity investing and/or MA advisory, with exposure to the infrastructure sector, ideally with some experience in PPP.
- Broad ranging stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatism. A capacity to understand the strategic, financial and operational drivers, as well as pitfalls, associated with an investment.
Managers Analysts:
- Sydney or Melbourne based.
- 1-5 years experience in a transaction or corporate environment, outstanding technical skills across modelling and valuation. Ideally a background or interest in infrastructure and/or resources.
- At Analyst level, Capella would also encourage enquiries from engineers or commercial analysts seeking a new direction in their career.
