Infrastructure Finance Associate recruitment

Responsibilities
To provide support to Senior Analysts in managing a portfolio of corporate and infrastructure clients. Key support areas include portfolio management (i.e. monitoring existing ratings and assigning new ratings), issuer relationship management, and research.
- Monitoring rated issuers for any developments that may impact ratings
- Supporting Senior Analysts in the rating process
- Assisting Senior Analysts with overall preparation for Rating Committees such as gathering data and preparing financial models
- Working with Senior Analysts on various research projects
- Attending investor meetings and briefings relevant to an assigned portfolio as an observer
- Assists Senior Analysts in preparing for portfolio reviews, by compiling and maintaining peer comparisons and industry statistics
- Undertaking special projects as requested.

Qualifications
- Proven credit analysis experience or related experience from a recognized financial institution or an audit firm
- Solid understanding of accounting and cash-flow lending techniques
- Financial/statistical research capabilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a mathematical related discipline.
