Infrastructure Fund
This fund has significant excess capacity due to a successful round of fund raising, is currently preferred bidder on numerous assets and already boasts an impressive asset portfolio (over £3 billion of assets under management). This fund invests across a variety of infrastructure sectors including social infrastructure, transport, utilities and renewable energy and have completed acquisitions across Europe, Australia and Canada.
The successful candidate must have experience building financial models and has operated either in a financing or advisory capacity. Experience in a relevant sector such as utilities, renewable energy or PFI is vital as is a strong transaction history. This role will suit someone currently working in one of the Big 4 lead advisory teams or a project finance advisory and/or lending team within a bank who is looking to move across to an investment position.
The successful candidate will gain a huge amount of exposure on live transactions and will play a significant role within an already well established fund.
