Infrastructure Investment Analyst recruitment
The firm's history spans more than 20 years, during which it has maintained a strong and consistent track record of successfully raising and realising funds. The firm is looking to expand its Latin American and Spanish capability by adding a native/fluent Spanish speaker to the team.
The candidate will have 2-4 years' experience in participating in infrastructure transactions, whether as an adviser in a Project Finance/Investment Banking role or as part of a principal investments team. You will be highly numerate and have extensive experience in financial modelling and valuations. Experience in the legal, contractual and developmental aspects of Greenfield projects is also essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Spanish-speaking analyst to transfer to from an advisory to an investment position at an established, stable and reputable firm with some of the most experienced professionals in infrastructure investment. A clear understanding of the principal investments process and a credible and well thought out motivation to be an investor are key.
Summary:
- Native/Fluent Spanish speaker;
- 2-4 years' experience in infrastructure project finance/investment banking;
- High level of numeracy, including advanced financial modelling and valuations experience;
- An understanding of and experience with Greenfield investments/transactions, including and understanding of the legal, regulatory, contractual and other non-financial aspects of Greenfield developments;
- A genuine interest in and understanding of principal investments.
