Practicus is able to align its reward to the client outcome which is taking the market by storm. As a result of this growth, Practicus currently needs an Infrastructure Project Manager on either an Associate or Permanent basis.

A Banking Client of Practicus based in Scotland is looking to improve their ability to service their customers better by providing accurate/new products in a far more efficient process via their ecommerce channels, call centres and branches. In order to provide this service, the Bank requires investment in their technology and infrastructure to support this demand and will require the IT department to take ownership of its delivery whilst working closely with the business stakeholders. This change programme is looking to provide all relevant customer and organisational data to flow through the Terradata Database they have in house to the Chordiant Decision Manager (Customer Decisioning System) providing real time next best action strategies to allow the correct data to be analysed and fed through the appropriate system to the relevant business unit.

The Infrastructure Project Manager will be tasked with influencing Stakeholders in the Business and Technology Services office, managing infrastructure Programme plans and budgets and understanding the high level Strategy. The position will require you to ensure the project data migration approach aligns with the business requirements and take ownership of the end to end delivery.
