Infrastructure Support Analyst – MNC FI (Temp to Perm) HK$25-35K recruitment
The Company
A global hedge fund is urgently looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide Infrastructure support, desktop support and Network maintenance. Initially on a 3 months contract basis to permanent.
The Role
As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will be responsible to the day to day support of the IT infrastructure including network firewall, Windows servers, Citrix Servers, desktop support, user assistance, operation support. In addition, interact follow up with vendors for maintenance and fault solving.
Your Profile
To qualify as an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you have at least 5 years working experience in network management including IPSEC VPN tunnel setup and firewall management. Hands-on experience in desktop support, Citrix RSA server management, Windows server implementation, version upgrade and on-going support. Good interpersonal and analytical skills, able to work independently and under great pressure. You speak fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus. Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first.
