This is a fantastic rare opportunity to join a growing Sydney based company in a newly created Melbourne position. They have a need for an infrastructure lead/ or senior engineer with some project management experience. Preferable technical expertise is Citrix VMWare environments at a high level and exposure to managed services/ Systems integrators. This is the perfect role for someone who can manage Infrastructure projects but also work at the senior level with networks servers or cloud based solutions!
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong communication skills, documentation, the ability to motivate mentor staff
- Technical skills in Microsoft Server environments: IIS, datacentre/ hosted solutions, Server 2008, Exchange, SQL, MOSS
- 3+ years working in managed services IT organisations - supporting multiple clients
- Solid understanding ITIL support environments management of technical projects
- Excellent communication skills with vendors, team members and non-technical customers
