Infrastucture Associate recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, the Associate would play a key role in making and managing principal infrastructure investments in the EMEA region. The Associate will assist Principals in evaluating potential infrastructure investment opportunities, conducting research, developing recommendations, participating in the negotiation, execution and management of investments.
Candidates will already have experience in infrastructure investment, be it in an advisory or principal position. To that end, candidates with investment banking, consulting strategy, accounting and private equity experience are welcome to apply.
In particular, candidates will possess advanced technical and due diligence skills, such as financial modeling and valuations. They will have strong interpersonal and communication skills as the role will involve meeting and building strong relationships with company management and discussing past performance and future strategy/outlook.
The associate will also be expected, under the supervision of principals, to report back to the team and the investment committee on their due diligence findings, investment recommendations and modeling/valuations results.

Summary:
- Infrastructure experience in investment banking, consulting, accounting, private equity or other relevant areas;
- Strong research, financial modeling, analytical and valuation skills
- Experience in conducting due diligence
- Experience in the negotiation process
- Strong interpersonal skills and business relationship skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong academic record (First or 2.1 or equivalent from top university/business school)
Particular Assets:
- A technical degree in engineering, LLB or equivalent;
- CFA, CBV or CA designation;
- Language skills
