About Inhouse Consulting
Inhouse Consulting is an internal management consultancy partnering
with all business divisions and infrastructure areas of Deutsche
Bank Group. Operating out of Frankfurt, London and Singapore we
support the Bank globally in non-day-to-day challenges by providing
solutions ranging from strategic relevance to core project
management. With a team of approximately 80 consultants we work on
projects that help develop Deutsche Bank's global franchise,
improve operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
Our engagement can span from the early stages of project initiation
to the eventual implementation of project results.

Responsibilities
• Analyse complex problems and develop solutions
• Set up and manage complex projects
• Lead project teams
• Manage clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and senior management
communication
• Contribute to the development of Inhouse Consulting and the
continuous improvement of processes ad methodologies

Requirements
• 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy
development or project management
• Structured thinking
• Solid analytical and conceptual skill
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Ability to foster a good working relationship with clients and
team members
• Comfortable working with senior management
• Strong team oriented attitude and exhibits good leadership
skills
• Flexible and mobile - up to 50% of the time could be spent
traveling across the region
• Good institutional knowledge within DB
• Experience working in Financial Services
• Track record of managing people / teams
• Mandarin Chinese
