Injection Molding Supervisor
Polydeck Screen Corporation, a leader in the modular screen media industry, is seeking an Injection Molding Supervisor to join their team.
Responsible for the leadership and direction of a small team of plastic and rubber injection molding operators, insuring quality, delivery and cost objectives are met. Experience in the supervision of a fast-paced, job shop, multiple shift operation and in lean manufacturing. The successful candidate must be capable of solving technical process issues and work well with people at all levels of the business. Minimum requirements include 3 - 5 years of successful management experience in injection molding, blue print reading, work scheduling, and driving performance metrics.
