Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative opening to join our Inside Sales organization, located in Knoxville, TN.

Day to Day (what a typical day or week look like in this role)

We are looking for someone to give our Trade Customers world class service and support by providing ‘Plan to Sell’ guidance, merchandising assistance, and proactive sales calls. What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the sales and development of large, high potential Trade Customers with a territory of 70-80 accounts and a quota of $10-$15 million. This person will resolve customers' problems and proactively sell to ensure only the highest quality service to our Whirlpool Trade Customers.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop and drive a ‘plan to sell’ to grow margin, revenue, and share with assigned trade partners

• Earn an incentive bonus based on performance to quota

• Contribute to sales team success by gathering and sharing market and competitive information

• Work independently and as a teammate

What You Need To Succeed

• Previous sales experience

• Bachelors degree required

• Business acumen and analytical skills

• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and relationship building skills

• Ability to travel, work overtime and handle pressure and deadlines

• PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP)

• Must be willing to relocate in 18-24 months
