Insatallation spécialist Job in New Jersey 10001, New York US
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, provides customer and installation related support. Deals with customer inquiries and claims. Acts as a resource person for site visits, consultations, field analysis and diagnostics. Responsible for installation/performance testing and documenting results.
Performs site visits to evaluate all on-site issues pertaining to the installation and maintenance of Mondo flooring products
- Responsible for documenting all information, taking necessary photographs, and collecting samples, in order to support or reject claims submitted by clients.
- Communicate all findings and recommendations, in details, in a timely manner, to the respective Technical Advisor managing said claim.
-Installation Specialist will be required to assist other installers vie telephone, and /or email before, during and after projects.
- Relative technical expertise must be communicated to ensure the highest degree of success possible
-Individual will be asked to document known projects with issues, and must request the assistance of a Technical Advisor, if special documentation or attention is needed
- It is important that Installation Specialist is cognitive of the person(s) asking the questions and must be verified in advance to avoid providing confidential information to competitors or unfriendly general contractors.
- Performs essential testing of Mondo products, in support of lab testing. These tests are mandated to understand the performance or safety characteristics of products and in most cases will be practical in nature contracting or confirming third party testing such as ASTM or EN norm
- All tests performed and results obtained must be properly documented and communicated to those concerned
The requirements are:
- Bilinguale (french and English)
- DEC
- 5 years of experience in similar position
- Knowledge in rubber (it's must)
