Retain current customers by contacting via telephone and selling/renewing lease contracts. Requirements: * 3-5 yrs successful sales experience * Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing or eight (8) years equivalent experience * Prior experience selling in a B2B environment required Additional Requirements: * Prior Inside Sales experience preferred * Prior experience selling in a B2B environment * Strong communication and customer relations skills. * Demonstrate sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, excellent closing skills * Good mathematical ability. * Well organized. * Effective time and activity management skills. * Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure. * Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas * Excellent systems literacy knowledge MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet. * Ability to utilize keyboard/PC to capture in a dynamic way, customer discovery. * Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail. * Organized with excellent time management skills * Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge * Ability to manage multiple tasks * Excellent systems literacy knowledge and skills MS Office and Internet * Able to work independently as well as with a team * Excellent oral and written communication skills Responsibilities: * Have responsibility for revenue, quota, profit targets, and territory budget. * Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue and targets. * Initiate sales calls to existing customers within assigned territories. * Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers. * Sell Ryder products/services such as RydeSmart, insurance, fuel services, DCC Lite, etc. * Contact FMS lease customers (lease 3 trucks or fewer) and sell renewal business.
