Inside and Outside Sales Rep Job in Ft. Wayne, Indiana Us
Client is located in Fort Wayne, IN and they are focused on candidates local/commutable into the area.
70% of the company is in the manufacturing sector selling to a wide variety of industries including industrail heating, applicances, process heating, commercial heating, and medical.
30% of the company is in distribution.
Looking for an inside sales representqative to be the primary contact to the customer.
Responsibility for: order entry, general research, day to day customer service and project based work.
Major duties are:
. handling customer orders and requests within 24 hours (60%).
. helping develop, clean up, and organize marketing information both printed and on the company's website. (20%)
. traveling to meet with current/potential customers to enhance/build relationship and determine their needs. (20%)
Requirements are:
. Minimum of an A.S. degree preferred.
. Two pus years of technical inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
. Outside sales experience
. Strong telephone presence
. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
. Strong computer skills including expertise in MS office.
. Professional image when dealing with difficult situations and customers.
