Summary of Position:  A unique opportunity to join a very dynamic and growing sales team focusing primarily on inside sales of enterprise applications hosting and management, including all aspects of sales leads to demand generation by qualifying, proposing and influencing prospects.  The nature of selling outsourcing services is very a consultative process. It is critical that an inside sales representative have top notch selling and personable skills to identify potential client prospects business needs, while building a trusting client relationship.  This position is critical to the business growth of OneNeck IT Services. This position compensation is a market competitive base salary and commission plan with no travel required.

Position Description: To identify prospective clients via telephone, email and in person through CRM leads and other resources in a proactive territory to provide an opportunity of pipeline creation, manage lead flow to region area, and align with marketing and sales organization objectives.

Skills Necessary:  IT SALES EXPERIENCE

• Manage opportunities and execute excellent account development throughout the prospecting and lead generation process
• Expand IT knowledge of ERP hosting, application management, and outsourcing industry including pricing models, services, contracts structure, SLAs
• Develop successful inside sales forecast and planning to achieve goals
• Ability to gather prospect business needs and plan for technical solution design
• Experience in  lead generation activities as required including attending trade shows and following up on direct marketing activities
• Good interpersonal skills required in dealing with all levels of prospects, clients, and OneNeck Management and all disciplines within the company
• Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills with ability to follow policies and procedures
• Ability to market self as a confident sales representative with OneNeck product knowledge
• Input potential opportunities into CRM and continue to generate and update pipeline leads
• Display professionalism at all times with potential clients and coworkers
• Take initiative, be a team player, and demonstrate enthusiasm with sales strategy to produce effective results
 
Education:
Four year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, engineering).

Years of Related Experience: 
Minimum of 2 years in an IT inside sales position preferred at a managed services/outsourcing organization or similar selling environment to senior management of potential clients. Experience should include broad knowledge of sales, applications hosting/managed services, information systems, including application software, hardware, database and network configuration.
