Title: Inside Product Specialist I FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly Salary Range: $35,000 - $40,000 Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Inside Sales Senior Account Manager This position is responsible forconducting full life cycle sales by generating leads through business tobusiness cold calling, active communication with customers, and determiningpricing/discounts for their customers and effectively closing dealsindependently. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Contact B2B customers through, but not limitedto, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunitiesand develop business relationships to establish initiatives with the company. Match software solutions and programs tocustomer requirements, and close contracts for defined solutions Collaborate with marketing, support, and productmanagement to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings Ensure reporting and communications is frequentand bi-directional Other duties as assigned Identify business leads, establish communication and make independent decision determining if the lead is qualified, independently establish pricing discount options Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to manage and track all sales activities
