Job Duties
· Manage regional responsibilities via daily contact with outside sales, strategic account and customer service team members
· Respond to incoming client calls to gather information in order to service and assist in selling company products with detailed technical product information
· Maintain pertinent customer account information within the Business Group customer database for research, development and analysis of accounts
· Contact accounts to verify incoming purchase orders, order status and product availability
· Monitor orders and back orders to ensure timely processing per customer requirements
· Develop customer relationships and maintain knowledge of product base, delivery times and shipping methods
· Effective quotations to close all sales orders while maintaining profitability
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 2+ years of previous sales experience/training in selling promotional products
· Computer fluency in MS Office software programs
· Strong sales ability with articulate demeanor and "can do" attitude
