Located in Edmonton, our client specializes in complete upholstery for aircraft, marine, RV Sport vehicles, with strong application as well in commercial, industrial, restaurants, etc. They are looking to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative responsible for:
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Entry level position in sales and operations, with a great opportunity for advancement.
- First point of contact with call-in customers and walk-ins
- Assisting Outside Sales with managing and growing relationships with customers.
- Compiling and processing work orders.
- Communicating and scheduling small projects with the Production Manager.
- Assisting with the preparation of estimates and quotations.
- Working collaboratively and synergistically with the internal and external teams.
- Assisting in planning, preparation, set up and hosting trade shows.
- Other duties as required.
Competencies:
- 1-3 years inside sales and/or other related experience in a professional environment.
- Must have post-secondary education. Verification required.
- Experience in wood working, construction, manufacturing or design industry preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional appearance and mannerism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required.
- strong computer skills preferred.
- Valid driver's license a must.
