Inside Sales
Fotronic Corporation "Test Equipment Depot" is a reseller/distributor of new and used Electronic Test Equipment. Our National and International accounts include Small to Large Businesses, Government Agencies and Universities.
Working from our office in Melrose, Massachusetts, this position is for inside sales account management and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge or experience in the DataCom, Electrical and/or Electronic fields.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a proven track record.
- Proficient with MS Office, email and Internet.
- Motivated, high energy with excellent phone skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a sales technical point of contact for all inbound phone calls to Fotronic Corporation as a result of advertisements, Internet requests, and direct mail campaigns.
- Provide qualification of calls or emails and provide fulfillment of product information and technical application assistance.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and preparing quotations.
- Track the progress of all leads and periodically summarize the results to sales management.
- Receive customer orders and complete preliminary processing.
- Provide supervision and management of orders until completion.
- Interact with suppliers and assist with procurement for order fulfillment.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
