The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for qualifying new opportunities and scheduling appointments with senior decision makers. He/she will work closely with Paragon Sales Directors to identify and target customers in new and already established accounts. The Inside Sales Associate will be fully conversant with Paragons core competencies and be able to succinctly articulate Paragon capabilities to all prospects and customers. He/she must have a good understanding of all the Paragon solutions and offers and be able to conduct strategic business conversations with prospects to determine their needs and articulate how Paragon can address those needs
Overview:
· Using a structured process, the Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for following up on incoming leads, cold-calling potential customers and determine if there is compatibility between Paragon offers and customer needs.
· Once a specific need is determined, the Inside Sales Associate will establish a meeting between the potential customer and a Sales Director.
· The Inside Sales Associate will be part of a small and well established team of industry Sales Directors.
Specific duties include:
· Proactively identify and qualify new customer contacts within our client base for Paragon.
· Support Paragon Sales Directors by making appointments and arranging tele-conferences and webinars with prospects.
· Consistently present a professional manner and represent Paragon in the most business-like manner.
· Maintain consistent record of activities using Paragon’s CRM system.
· Keep consistent with the Paragon’s current and emerging offers and competencies within each of our vertical practices.
Required Qualifications:
· 3 plus years of sales or telesales experience in the IT industry.
· Experience penetrating accounts to identify the appropriate contacts as well as the ability to interact with senior level prospects within the accounts.
· Experience using a CRM systems
· High energy level and work ethic
