JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:                            Demand Generation Representative (appointment setter)

Position Description:              The Demand Generation Representative (DGR) will be responsible for generating qualified appointments in the small to medium sized B2B market place within a protected territory requiring high volume telemarketing. 

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Primary role – appointment setting

·         Work on a team dealing with a small business owner/CEO/CFO/HR Director

·         Daily/weekly/monthly attainment of Sales objectives

·         Ability to book new appointments that requires high volume telesales

·         Use of Salesforce.com in order to track information including leads and opportunities

·         Ability to follow up in a professional manner

Full/Part Time:              Full Time

Qualifications:              The following is a list of experience, technologies, credentials, skills and other items which are required for this position:

 

·         2 + years of experience in an inside B2B sales position selling new business that required high volume telemarketing

·         Documented results of navigating a “new concept” sale and dislodging an incumbent provider.

·         Excellent written, oral communication skills

·         Familiarity with Salesforce.com to track information or other CRM application

·         Ability to work in fast paced, driven and demanding work environment with strong desire to compete and win

·         Strong written, verbal and problem solving skills

·         Exceptional sales skills

·         History of achieving and exceeding assigned goals.

·         Strong critical thinking, problem identification and solving ability.

·         Extreme attention to detail.

Compensation:              Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission plan
