Description:
Join a dynamic and growing company serving the needs of people living with
diabetes. Diabetes Specialty Center currently has openings in the Inside
Sales and Programs team in its Salt Lake City location. We serve customers in
our stores and over the phone to provide them their diabetes medical
supplies, and to take care of explaining their benefits and billing their
insurance.
§ Make outbound calls to new customer opportunities and focused programs to increase DSC’s growth.
§ Inform customers of all products and services accessible to them.
§ Engage existing customers to reorder their supplies.
§ Achieve goals and objectives with each program assigned.
§ Provide excellent customer service at all times.
§ Perform data entry and handle documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
§ Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures in a changing environment.
Qualifications:
§ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
§ 1-2 years sales experience and/or have understanding of the sales process.
§ Confidence to close the sale and overcome objections.
§ Good quality phone etiquette and call center experience is a plus.
§ Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to build positive relationships and focus on customer’s needs.
§ Keyboard, Windows and Microsoft Office experience.
§ Navigate between different software programs in order to efficiently enter customer information.
§ Dependability in working all scheduled hours.
§ Ability to focus on and achieve goals in a professional setting.
§ Adaptable to change in a ever changing environment.
§ Patience, respect and empathy for elderly customers.
§ Professional mature demeanor to deliver positive personal interaction to customers and partners.
§ Capacity to be trained and retain new tasks easily.
