Job Title: Inside Sales

Description:
There is only one Golden Technologies. Are you ready to be a part of our Team? The Inside Sales will support Technical Service and Web Service teams in all our business markets in producing quotes for the acquisition of hardware and software, service projects, and consulting services.
1. Manage customer and internal renewals of licensing, domains, SSL’s, subscriptions, quotas, warranties, and inventory aging.
2. Produce quotes using Golden’s proprietary enterprise software for all our services in a timely manner in established performance standards.
3. Communicate regularly with internal teams on said quotes, maintain historical records of all quotes, and assist in creating templates and efficiencies to improve speed and accuracy.
4. Follow up on pending quotes until they are accepted or declined.
5. Obtain firm vendor pricing from established vendors and establish new vendor relationships with reputable businesses (need to acquire 1 new vendor ea month), including negotiating best pricing to maintain our targets for margin.
6. Ordering from vendors upon acceptance of quotes.
7. Maintain inventory records for secured storage of hardware and software on premise.
8. Maintain shipping records, accept deliveries, and assist project managers with tracking shipments for planning purposes.
9. Work with Account Managers/Executives to prioritize quotes, plan capital investments for clients, promote solutions and products, and obtain new clients.
10. Use internal CRM (customer relationship manager) to maintain accurate records of contacts.
11. Collaborate with technical experts in all departments to find current solutions for customers.
12. Cross train and mentor - no woman or man is an island or indestructible.
