As our Brentwood, Tennessee-based Inside Sales Representative, you'll begin your career by training on our industry, our product suite and value proposition and our internal processes and procedures. During this period you'll be shadowed by a seasoned mentor, who'll guide your steps and help to ensure that your first outbound calls to individual consumers and hearing care professionals are seamless. The first rule of thumb in any sales role is knowing your product and its competitive stance in the marketplace, and gaining this knowledge base will be crucial to your short and long-term success. Besides this, star performers in inside sales are excellent listeners, whose conversations with prospects provide keen insights into their needs, fears and readiness to buy. In our model, your first objective is to close a prospect on having a hearing test. Once completed, your prospect will get a product recommendation from their audiologist and then you'll follow up to secure the sale of a hearing aid. We'll look to you to emphasize the tremendous quality and benefits of our products, an important consideration because we don't sell on low price.
