Inside Sales Manager, Customer Service - Kanata
Our client, located in the heart of Kanata’s Industrial and High-Tech district is searching for a new team member! A leader in their industry, our client values ambition, drive, and exceptional service levels – and is hoping to find these same values in a new Inside Sales Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing client relationships, making recommendations and providing solutions to the client that will ultimately benefit their business. This role would be perfect for someone who has the experience of a Business to Business Account Management or Inside Sales role, who is looking for a non-commissioned environment.
Job Duties:
-Communicate with assigned clients about their needs, inventory levels and future requirements while recommending the best solutions.
-Build strong relationships with clients to understand and help with forecasting their needs
-Work with the customer service team to provide the highest level of service to assigned clients.
-Develop and provide Quarterly Business Reviews to clients in order to add value to their interaction with the company.
-Audit client invoices and correct any discrepancies.
-Conduct team meetings and provide client specific training to the customer service team.
Advantages:
-Temporary to Permanent Assignment (Approximately 10 weeks on contract that turns into a permanent role.
-Monday to Friday, days
-Salary: $15 on temporary assignment, 38000 to 43000 upon permanent offer
-Benefits following 3 months of permanent status – 50% employer paid.

Qualifications
-5 years of solid, Business to Business experience in an Inside Sales or Account Management role.
-Exceptional English language communication skills (spoken and written) to communicate professionally at all levels
-Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Attentive to detail, great interpersonal skills, solution oriented, organized, great multi-tasker with strong business acumen.
