Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven individual to join our sales team and continue to propel our business forward. If you’re an ambitious, self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic who is looking for an opportunity to be a part of a professional, high-energy sales team with significant growth and earnings potential, then this is the opportunity for you!
Use your strong sales techniques to:
- Complete follow up calls for recently ran sales leads in an effort to close the sale, revive the opportunity or gather pertinent information through effective questioning, which allows us to strategize our new move towards gaining the sale
- Heavy communication contact with our sales managers in an effort to provide them with customer feedback so we can plan our next move
- Act as a corporate sales liaison between clients and Horizon Sales Consultants
- Ask discovery questions, build rapport and create a sense of urgency with the client to maximize chances of closing the sale
- Assist in setting and scheduling HVAC sales leads for outside sales team
- Telephone sales, qualify sales leads, overcome objections and set firm appointments
- Strong customer follow-up, lead management and organization
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- 5 years inside sales EXPERIENCE is a MUST. It isn't important what kind of sales, it is only important that you have strong sales DNA.
- You have a proven track record of revenue ACHIEVEMENT.
- You are an EFFECTIVE communicator – your verbal communication skills are your best assets. You have the ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling rejections
- You excel at CONSULTATIVE sales - you are an active listener who excels at the art of filling the unmet need.
- You are a HUNTER who has a burning desire to sell and lives for the close.
- Must have the ability to adapt to CHANGE.
- Understanding of telemarketing call center environment and software.
- Microsoft Word and Excel.
