Textbooksrus.com/K12BookSource.com is looking for highly motivated and performance oriented inside sales candidates responsible for providing lead generation, customer service, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Use MDR educational database and other resources to build relationships with educational institutions through cold calling and other lead generation.
· Enter and maintain reliable sales order information and customer information.
· Help customers locate the product they are trying to find and offer other products that may be of interest.
· Provide timely and accurate information to customers, including order status, pricing, lead times, etc.
· Handle customer questions and manage customer issues by working with the customer and other company departments for the best resolution.
· Work proactively with customers when there are quality or inventory issues.
· Provide status reports to customers and/or sales managers.
· Daily communication with K12 division management.
Position Requirements:
· Two years directly related customer service experience or equivalent education.
· Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications).
· Must be excited about making 20-50 calls per day to generate business.
· Excellent phone communication skills
· Organizational and prioritization skills along with sound decision making.
· Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with education professionals.
· Proficiency with Sales Force or other Customer Relationship Management software
· Understanding of K12 educational environment a plus.
Pay consummate with experience, $12-$15/hr with advancement potentential as the business unit grows.
