Seeking multiple highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Reps!  As a Sales Representative, you will work with a team focusing on new client development and high volume sales.  This is a great opportunity to make a lot of money and advance in a successful company that promotes from within!

 

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

·         Position: Inside Sales Representative / Business Development / Tech Sales

·         Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 (DOE)

·         OTE: $120,000 (in first year)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Focus on new client development and maintain high volume direct sales activity in a team environment

·         Gather business and market intelligence to build the pipeline

·         Recognize buy signs, close deals, and hit sales quotas

·         Regularly meet with clients outside of the office (3-5 meetings a week)

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·         2+ years professional experience (preferably in a sales environment)

·         Financially motivated

·         Ability to reach and maintain sales goals

·         Possess strong closing skills for new and add-on business

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Ability to interface with clients

·         Salesforce experience
