A start-up specialty pharmaceutical company with a seasoned leadership team looking for candidates who are interested in healthcare sales role. Opportunity to drive revenue, gain experience in and exposure to the pharmaceutical industry. This is a part-time telesales position, which could lead to a full-time position in our commercial organization. The Inside Sales Representative will communicate to healthcare providers informational and promotional messages to increase sales of our products. This individual will own business opportunities/target list to drive sales and incentive compensation.
Job Description:
• Inside sales representative for a specialty pharmaceutical company
• Make high volume outbound telesales calls on a daily basis to lead list (provided by company)
• Complete product and sales training
• Call on assigned healthcare professionals and inform about the features benefits of our product
• Address customer questions and communicate other relevant info in order to grow market share
• Maintain call logs and documentation regarding phone conversations for tracking analysis
• Opportunity to learn about the pharmaceutical industry
• Immediate opportunity for part-time position (hourly wage plus bonus based on performance)
