Customer Service Inside Sales Position Contract to Hire Immediate Position Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a professional A+Better Business Bureau Company in the St Louis Area? The Inside Sales Call Center Associate is the "front line" point of contact with vehicle owners contemplating the purchase of protection on their vehicle through effective marketing campaigns. Inside Sales Agent Responsibilities: 1. Converting inbound/outbound calls into sales. 2. Ensuring compliance guidelines are adhered to. 3. Promoting and selling extended warranties using a structured sales methodology including building urgency, value, features and benefits. 4. Using computer based tools for quoting, tracking and order placement. 5. Processing Credit Card and ACH payments. 6. Building and maintaining strong integrity based rapport with our valued clients. 7. Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty. Minimum Job Requirements: 1. Strong verbal communication skills. 2. High level of focus and attention to detail. 3. The ability to use computers and various software programs. 4. Excellent listening skills with ability to ask guided questions towards closing the sale. 5. The Ability to work in a cohesive team environment. Preferred Qualifications 1. College degree or equivalent work experience 2. Automotive knowledge and previous call center experience. 3. Resilient personality with the ability to handle all types of call situations. 4.
