Position Summary SmileMakers is a business unit of Quill Corporation, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Staples, Inc. It is located in Spartanburg, SC. Get SmileMakers approved as an Authorized Vendor with Schools/District Offices to obtain orders from new Education Market customers - build relationships with Schools/District Offices to increase year over year sales/share of wallet and aggressively go after new Education Market sales opportunities Primary Responsibilities: Support and promote SmileMakers Vision and Values Statement. Increase sales with assigned Education Market customers - Schools/District Offices. Get SmileMakers approved as an Authorized Vendor for target Schools/District Offices. Document all customer contacts in computer system. Set up and code all customers in computer system. Develop presentations using Power Point for key Education Market Customers. Must be effective making phone sales presentations with customers. Must effectively manage time to have steady stream of new potential Education Market customers and closed customers. Document and track sales results for every School/School District assigned. Maintain and establish a safe work environment. Achieve forecast sales goals. Achieve Selling Time standard established for Sales Representative - Education Market. Follow and adhere to SmileMakers policy manual. Carryout responsibilities in accordance with SmileMakers policies and applicable laws. Understand Key Selling Benefits of all SmileMakers product lines. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
