SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative functions as the hub of a dynamic sales team providing collaborative support to designated National Account Managers (NAM) working in the field while also building their own book of business. The Inside Sales Representative helps achieve shared revenue goals by acquiring new clients, servicing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing overall administrative support to his/her Institutional Sales team including prioritizing lead generation lists, setting appointments, maintaining client data in Salesforce.com and proactively communicating in a thorough, accurate and timely manner with the NAMs, Manager of Inside Sales and Director of Inside Sales.

• Working with Fingers: Ability to type, sort through pages/papers, or otherwise work with fingers (including thumb) and palm on average 8 hours daily.

• Sitting: Ability to sit on average 8 hours daily.
• Visual: Ability to be able to see and read PC screens, and normal type size print.
• Hearing: Ability to answer/route telephone calls, and understand what clients and co-workers are saying in normal conversation.
