Inside Sales Representative
Full-time sales representative needed immediately for a carpet and flooring company in Colorado Springs. The company is stable and well established in the community, having been in business for 30+ years. The salary is straight commission, but sales reps can get draws. The salary listed here is a range and will depend on the individual?s sales ability and motivation. Individuals with an established customer base and referrals can do well. This is an inside sales position, working out of the largest showroom in Colorado Springs! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting and assisting showroom visitors with product selections, providing excellent customer service, and effective relationship building to drive sales. Qualified candidates will have the following: ? Strong desire to succeed ? Outside or inside sales experience ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Great customer service skills ?
