The Erskine Inside Sales Centre sells and supports theirs portfolio in the UK Ireland through both directly to customers and through their extensive reseller channel.

Solely responsible across approx 50 Commercial accounts for the sale of the ESSN portfolio . Accounts are a mix of HP install, development and acquisition accounts . Full support available via field based Storage, Blade Matrix, HPN and TS specialists plus internal management and TSR team .
Main activities:
* Customer engagement calls
* Develop account strategies with key channel partners
* Work with the direct team on direct RTM accounts within the patch
* Delegate and drive required HP internal back office Bucharest support for OPG, quote/ conf process, delivery, order management and exceptions
* Ensure accurate Siebel view of the entire patch
* Manage accurate funnel and forecast in line with team expectations and HP standards
* Ensure accurate revenue recognition via Columbus for indirect business
* Completion and ongoing update of white box matrix
* Grow accounts into the field managed area where appropriate
* Take part in team call out days to drive funnel and closure in targeted area's
*Up to date knowledge on HP products and associated computing development
*Excellent knowledge of HP's internal structure and teams; clearly understanding which groups perform which tasks and how teams collaborate to follow up and resolve customer queries / issues
*Experienced in a selling environment, able to adapt learnt skills
*Ability to handle and resolve customer issues
*Clear ability to, and commitment to, building HP product knowledge
*Ability to maximize and handle call sales in a structured and rigorous way
*Maximise revenue whilst engaging with a variety of tasks to achieve results
