We currently have exciting long term contract opportunities with a global leader in the production of medical Devices in Irvine, CA. Position Summary: The Territory Business Manager will re present our client by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects in order to sell the organization's products. Incumbent will apply a broad knowledge of the products, services and marketing techniques to close sales in a protected geographic territory. Will utilize franchise management skills to ensure proper coverage and use of marketing tools to build the franchise. Partner with outside sales teammates to provide customers maximum support. Responsible for maintaining records and reports of telephone activities to ensure proper coverage. Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives. Applicants should possess the following experience: Strong computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc Excellent oral written communication skills Able to display self-discipline and focus 3-5 years of experience in telesales experience preferred 3-5 years of experience in customer service preferred Medical device experience preferred Excellent telephone, listening, problem-solving and assertiveness skills. Proven track record of detailed call plans that include pre- and post-call analysis. Ability to do territory analysis and implement a business plan to achieve quota. Proven track record of negotiation and closing skills. Volume or unit measure of job duties: (List the volume of those duties which are repetitive in nature. For example, 75 customer phone calls per day, 20 boxes packed per day, etc.) 12 - 15 phone calls per day that result in a business discussion with a decision maker.
