Our growing company is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Nashville location.

As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will focus on sales development and relationship building with current and new clients.  You will sell a full range of call center solutions and services to prospective customers through telemarketing.  Using your experience in identifying and understanding a prospect's business needs, you will provide solutions including products, programs and services to drive revenue for the Sitel Americas region.


Target Responsibilit
ies:

·         Conduct research in regard to new potential clients and create new market opportunities for customers

·         Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to start sales process

·         Make telephone calls to prospects and offer solutions across a wide variety of products and solutions

·         Identify and create a relationship with brand influencers in various social media outlets, with the goal of making the sale; while engaging in external outreach and link building

·         Close the sale and continue cultivating  lasting relationships with clients, for future sales opportunities

·         Aid in refinement of social media strategies for Facebook, Twitter, blogs, forums, etc.

·         Monitor social media emerging trends/best practices and provide proactive recommendations

·         Meet or exceed monthly or annual sales targets while measuring personal sales and marketing efforts

·         Maintain and expand the database of prospects and clients of the organization

·         Establish a strong presence within selected  accounts

·         Minimum of 4 hours connected phone time per day

·         Self-generate qualified leads in the SMB market; accelerate them through the sales process; negotiate contracts; close new business; and exceed assigned quota

·         Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of internal and external call center operations, products, partners and competitors

·         Quickly and efficiently follow up on provided sales leads

·         Effectively manage sales pipeline data and activity reports; provide accurate sales forecasts

·         Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships

·         Other duties as assigned
 

 

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree or graduating senior with a degree in Marketing, Nonprofit Fundraising, Advertising, Communications, or business-related field, or equivalent work experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Experience Target:

·         2 yrs experience in sales including inside sales, B2B sales and selling technology related products

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

·         Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

·         Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities

·         Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management

·         Ability to work within a team

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·         Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, and self-starter

·         Excellent telephone sales skills including aptitude to negotiate and close business

·         Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Salesforce.Com

·         Experience using social media tools including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn; other tools such as CoTweet (or other Twitter clients), Google Alerts, Social Media Mentions (or other social media monitoring tools) are a plus
