Job Summary:

Primary Responsibility is to effectively prospect, qualify and prioritize leads through outbound calling. After a period of demonstrated performance, employee will be promoted to a quota bearing responsibility.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of new opportunities through out reach and cold calling.
• Introduce value propositions from the Highline Financial to prospects.
• Qualify potential customers through research of sales leads and account targets.
• Develop and introduce displacement programs at new or existing accounts.
• Responsible for achieving set lead generation and lead qualification targets. Responsible for achieving a specified ratio in regards to the amount of qualified leads that result in sales.

Skills

Required Skills:

* Previous sales, training, or customer service experience in an environment with high inbound/outbound call volumes, and aggressive revenue and sales targets.
* Knowledge of the financial performance of Community Banking Institutions.
* Proven track record of delivering performance in a quota bearing or similar task oriented role.
* Training or related experience with one of our competitors such as SNL Financial, Factset or CapIQ

Desired Skills:

* Exceptional telephone and remote client contact skills that clearly articulate a business justification for product sales.

Education:

College/ University degree in Finance or a Business related degree.
