Inside Sales Specialist: # Position Summary: Here we grow again... The Staples Enterprise Accounts (SEA) Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships within an existing customer segment or contract, grow or expand ship to compliance and retain actively purchasing customers. This position will be responsible for contacting the customer via phone and internet on a regular basis in order to perform account maintenance, account set up, purchasing system training, etc. The Sales Coordinator will partner with Line of Business (LOB's) Program Account Managers (PAMs) to drive sales growth and margin enhancement. Primary Responsibilities: - Perform all sales coordinator duties including, but not limited to, customer contact via phone and internet on a regular basis, managing compliance of ""ship to's"" or newly added customers to the specific segment, train and educate each customer of the program offerings within each segment - Accurate and up to date notes and documentation within saleforce on all customer interactions - Effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate company value and services in addition to features and benefits - Act as liaison across all Staples sales channels to coordinate sales activities and drive penetration of all lines of business to grow sales and margin - Be able to successfully engage in balancing multiple tasks through the use of good time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required - Account Management and problem solving skills a must - Strong management and organization aptitude - Excellent presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on presentation development - Ability to drive sales and margin results - Ability to build partnerships across the organization - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Preferred: - Bachelor Degree - Specific segment knowledge a plus, (Healthcare, Government State Contract, Strategic Large Corporate Contracts) Job: Sales/Telesales Location(s): US-FL-Orlando Schedule: Full-time Job Level: Non-Manager Shift: Day Job Job Type: Entry Level Employment Statement Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer who values the diversity of our people, products, and services.
