One of the nations leading companies is looking for a Inside Sales Supervisor in the St. Louis Branch. This is with a major supplier of industrial products.
Candidate must live in St. Louis area.
Qualified candidate requirements:
· 2+ years Supervisory experience
· A minimum of 3 years sales/customer service experience including one year related industry experience.
· Experience building and leading inside sales teams
· Support outside sales representatives and branch manager with goal initiatives
· Experience in call center environment a plus
· Strong understanding of P L and account receivables
· Must have a clean background with no job gaps, driving, credit and criminal
