Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

            Astrodyne is currently seeking a confident, self-starting individual to fill a position as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative.

 

Primary responsibilities:

-         Receive, review and process customer orders via email, fax, phone or U.S. mail.

-         Obtain credit references/tax exemption certificates

-         Receive, verify and resolve customer concerns.

-         Work with RMA Coordinator to process customer returns.

-         Work with Purchasing and Shipping departments to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.

-         Assist Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers on customer related issues.

-         Maintain accurate files of open orders, closed orders and customer correspondence.

-         Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers

-         Ability to operate in a team environment where employees constantly provide support to each other

-         Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

-         High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

-         High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

-         Strong written and verbal communications required

-         Proficiency in Microsoft applications-Strong Excel and Word a must

-         Strong problem solving skills

-         Knowledge of Access and Outlook helpful

-         Prior Customer Service Experience preferred

-         A positive and “can do” attitude desired
