Ideal Candidate

  • A passion for working with seniors required

  • Previous experience with health care admissions or retirement/assisted living setting is helpful
  • Strong sales skills
  • Ability to build a referral network within the Healthcare community

  • Optimistic individual with Energetic personality

  • Aggressive, goal oriented, self-motivated, closer

  • Ability to build relationships within the local community that drives business to the facility

  • Confident in achieving individual sales goals

  • Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Office Client Relationship Mgmt software (CRM)

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours

    • Total Compensation

  • Average first year- $75K
